TIW Triple-Insulated Wire

TIW Series, triple insulated wire, is used in the production of transformers, which are built in to personal computers, portable phones, inverters, IT equipment and other similar devices. TIW is TUV compliant.

 

Scope
Triple Insulated Wire is applied in winding of Micro-transformer which is built in the personal 
computer, portable handy phone, inverter, IT equipment and other similar devices
Conductor:
Metal wire, tin plated metal wire, enamelled metal wire
Insulation Layers:
1)The first layer insulation: ETFE
2)The second layer insulation: FEP
3)The third layer insulation: ETFE
Rated Voltage:
600V (UL certificate)
1.41KV (TUV certificate & VDE cettificate)
Rated Temperature：
130°C (UL certificate)
155°C (TUV certificate & VDE certificate)
Benefits:
1)Easy winding
2)Because of high breakdown voltage, omitable the insulation    tapes and barriers
3)High speed automatical winding is possible because to resistance to abrasion
4)Triple Insulateed Wire offers extra proteetion against pinholes
